The Pigeons of Los Angeles Mini-Comic

A group of pigeons in Pershing Square in Downtown Los Angeles is depressed because humans treat them badly, like calling them “rats with wings.” They lie down on their backs in the middle of the park! The leader pigeon, Chief, comes to their rescue and tells stories of the past to encourage them. Can the pigeons stand on their feet again before a hawk finds them? 

You will learn about pigeons and the forgotten history of Los Angeles. You will ride the emotional roller coaster with the pigeons as Chief tells the pigeons' story and arrive at a brighter place.

This was my first comic book. I conceived the story while I was going through a very difficult time. It helped me to survive that period of time and encouraged me to create this comic book.
